The 2019 Vitazyme Field Trials will represent the 24th Edition of the publication, and will include research results from the United States, Mexico, Dominican Republic, Guatemala, Ukraine, and Ecuador, Ghana, and Kenya. While all of the studies show excellent responses to the program, especially noteworthy for 2019 is the approval by the Cocoa Research Institute of Ghana of Vitazyme use on cocoa in Ghana. Four 1.0 liter/ha applications of Vitazyme per year gave an incredible 132% yield increase, which will benefit cocoa growers greatly during the coming years.
Results on corn, winter wheat, winter barley, winter canola, peas, and sunflowers in Ukraine continued to show consistently excellent yield and quality improvements, as has been the case for many years. Vitazyme Cold Start was trialed for the first time in Ukraine, with excellent results. Strawberries in Mexico increased in yield by 23%, and were sweeter by nearly two points Brix, and the fruit lasted much longer on the store shelf. These are just a few of the results to be noted when the publication come out in early February.
